Wonderful Experience Meeting Carolyn Dorin Ballard

Assalamualaikum and Hi to all..
its been like forever since i last wrote my blog..
the momentum of writing suddenly dissapear..
but somehow, yesterday, Saturday..
something really interesting happened and I would like to make a memoir in here..lol

since im virtually friend with the Accosiation of US Professional Bowlers, i've got their updates almost everyday..
so, on Friday, i got an alert saying Carolyn Dorin Ballard, the number one US Female Bowler is portraying herself in front of Petronas Twin Tower, Kuala Lumpur.
at that moment I was so shock! Never thought it was the Malaysian Open already..

Made some research on the tournament, she has been in Malaysia for about a week..
and it held and still running (as in today), at Sunway Pyramid Megalanes..

Coincidently, I have a traditional Thailand massage appointment on Saturday morning..
the traditional massage was in the Sunway Pyramid..means im in the same building as her..and i thought this is interesting..
and was hoping to meet her if i have the chance..
so, after the massage, (went with my sister..)
ive decided to have a 'peek' on her at the bowling alley..

went the top most level of the mall, enter the bowling centre..and my eye immediately eyeing on a table of Americans..
and BAM!!
"there she is!!
but wait..is that really her?"..i was having doubt..cause in real..shes way way to skinny then in pictures..

i dont have the nerve to approach her just yet..
theres bunch of people around her..having lunch..and shes having hers too..
so, what i did, i just walk around, hoping to get an empty seat as the tournament will start in about an hour..
unfortunately..no empty seats..
i walked back to the cafeteria where she's eating..
then, i get more nervous..
seriously overwhelmed by making myself, "yes..this is her!! OMG!! OMG!! OMG!!" hahahaha

then i take a seat on one of the table at the cafeteria by me seating opposite the table..which i can easily sees her..
and suddenly at one point, she looked at me and we had a very eye-contact and she moved her eye and there was I, having Star-struck!!
this kinda funny actually..
my hands are began to have cold-sweat..
so does my forehead..
and my legs cant stop moving..LOL

so, what i did..i waited for her till she finished her lunch..
and she talked with few friends of hers over the table..
before she leaves the table, she made some touch-up on her face..
which was so cool..

and now the truth moment..she stand..starts to move towards the alley..and there was i, waiting..
i cant hold it anymore and just approach her!

"Excuse me, hi, are you Carolyn?"
-"yeah, hi.." (shes smiling..and her smiles is damn beautiful..)
i put my right hand forward..and then shes doing the same..

and while shaking her hand, "Hi, my name is I****, I kinda admire your work and your carrier"
"Owh THANK YOU!", she said..with very broad smile..
"can i take a picture(photo, i know..was too nervous) of you?"
she said, "yeah, sure!!" :D :D
she put her things on the table beside..and we(my sister and I) took turn with her..

and after saying thank you and all (mentioning I tagged her on FB a day b4 and ask her to say Happy Birthday to her daughter, Alyssa, which happen to be that day, 20th March..btw, shes excited that i knew her daughter's birthday, and i said thank you so much, would like to stay, but i have to leave)

and then i straight away walk out the Megalanes and to the car..
all the way, i can feel my face is burning red!! haha..was so HAPPY, EXCITED, NERVOUS, UNBELIEVABLE all at once..

so, i really much enjoyed my 20th March 2010..
was the awesomest experience..
cause Im not usually easily to have starstruck..
very difficult..
but shes exceptional..
and few other person that i might be starstruck..like Meryl Streep and Dakota Fanning..lol..
others..im not interested..ahaha..
anyhow..i hope i'll never forget this amazing experience of meeting the most enthusiastic, most passionate Bowler when performing on the alley/lanes..
plus, she's beautiful.. ^^

and went home..talked to a friend bout her..and my friend said, well, she's not famous..
and i was like..duh!! whatever..
but she is the numero uno in Bowling World..

Yup, there will be Julie and Julia airing here, unfortunately will be in November..

ive watched and read comments from viewers that watched the movie said, pls watch the movie when u're full, dun ever go n watch when u're hungry..
it'll craving u hungrier..lol

so, the movies out, there will be another two new Meryl's movie..
i'll attache both of he trailers later..

NO Julie & Julia in Malaysia!! Argh...

Just browse tru the websites of all cinemas in M'sia..
NONE, not one will be airing the marvelous and comedy-romantic film title Julie & Julia..
supposedly, this movie will be released on Aug 7th, 2009 in many countries..
unfortunately, not here, not in my country..
why oh why??

now, how am i gonna watch that?? Help..
but i trust that my suppliers, somehow will bring in the movie..
and i'll ask them from time to time..

i want to watch Meryl in action..
but the good thing is, i knew that "Fantastic Mr.Fox" will be here
somewhere in November in local cinemas..

Everyone on Twitter who watched the advance screening of Julie & Julia said, Meryl Streep was SO good as Julia Child..(well, i can predict that she excel like she always did and be the best at every work she's in)

This is just so testing my patience..
Hope the movie will be here in August too..
Meryl Streep always deliver the best!!

Malay Wedding

Air sirap yg sedap..


Yesterday, I went to a Malay wedding..
A friend of my father's daughter getting ceremony..
its about 45 mins to get there from my house..
in area of Kuang, Rawang Selangor..

and all of weddings i've been before, this is the one i like..
the journey to that place was very much interesting..
small business/ entrepreneurship along the roadside..
really enjoyed it even though its quite far..

when we arrived, the event was so happening with all the happy faces of guests..
good food..

and the most important thing during Malay Wedding (to me):
1. Bride & Groom
2. Traditional Malay Wedding Songs(renjis2 dipilis, etc..)
3. Air sirap merah sejuk yg kurang manis..(Rose-syrup drink)
4. Good Food..

and it seems the host had all those criteria..

made my day tho'..

Superlative Words

I had crossed my mind this morning and came out with three superlative words

1.GREATEST;
2.FUNNIEST; and
3.COOLEST.

The first thing i could think about of these three words was:

2. FUNNIEST = Ellen DeGeneres
3. COOLEST = P!nk

1. GREATEST = My mom's cook
2. FUNNIEST = Cheese Cupcakes from The Loaf

(Event in my life so far)
1. GREATEST = Being with my family
2. FUNNIEST = to be the 1st in class for 3 years and not anymore then..
